COVO TRIBE ENDVISION
The vision for Co-vo Multipliers is to empower co-vocational leaders to integrate work, faith, and family, sparking sustainable disciple-making movements inspired by Priscilla and Aquila. We aim to multiply hubs across cities, where leaders model, assist, and entrust others to transform workplaces and homes into ministry spaces. Together, we will create a global network of reproducible church planters who catalyze kingdom impact that starts, strengthens, and sustains the work in every people and place.
THE COVO MULTIPLIERS PATHWAY
- The Co-vo Multiplier Pathway begins with exploring the Priscilla and Aquila lifestyle in the “Co-vo Tribe Hub” Signal group, where members discover how to integrate work, faith, and family to multiply disciples.
- Learn a reproducing pathway contextualized for covocational life in our monthly calls.
- Experience an In Person Immersion (See Upcoming), offering hands-on model/assist training to experience transforming workplaces and homes into ministry spaces.
- Leaders then commit to simple tools and rhyhtms in a Cohort, learning to apply practical steps like the Conversation Box, the 3-2-1 rhythm (3 hours following/fishing, 2 hours Three-Thirds, 1 hour A-Team) to start disciple-making from their living rooms.
- This journey culminates in becoming co-vo multipliers, empowering others to replicate the process and build sustainable hubs across cities.
